My (very) old laptop died and I thought that would be the end of it. The machine was like Trigger's broom - the battery had been replaced once and the hard drive twice already.
I took it to Netizens to see if anything could be done and the next day received a call that it was up and running. A new solid state drive had been installed and Windows 10 reinstated. My programs and files are on sundry cloud drives so they were easily reinstalled.
I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the service and strongly recommend them for any IT issues.

I phoned at 9.30 this morning, requiring to purchase a laptop, sync it to my phone and PC, and share information. My Panic was that I travel to Italy at 5am tomorrow. I returned with my 2nd user laptop, configured, shared, software added and my phone set up and synched too...JUST 4 HOURS LATER, and with my credit card smiling for being easy on him! Why would you want to go anywhere else? Thank you Bob

The screen on my relatively new laptop was coming away in one corner from it's frame (with all the cabling hanging out😏!) . The option was to either try & glue it back down or replacing the whole screen. I suggested that we try the quicker (and cheaper!) option first . And within 24-hours Bob had it fixed beautifully. Very satisfied with the service I got and would certainly go back again if I had any future technology problems.
