Absolutely amazing.
My laptop broke about 2 years ago but didn’t want to fix it since I didn’t know who to trust and who is good. Finally decided to fix it due to work reason. Chose Carl after googling him and saw great reviews. And it certainly was. After taking in my laptop, he messaged me a few days after to tell me what was wrong with my laptop, how much it would be to fix it, and I think that’s great because I didn’t have to go with him if I didn’t want to. He even saved my data before I asked him to. Kept me in the loop of the progress, why there was a delay and what was happening. Even clean off all the built up dust, a delightful surprise. Would definitely recommend.

Carl provided excellent customer service at a reasonable price in quick time. Will use again if I have any other tech issues! We had a laugh after I failed the pull vs push test on the door...🙈

Brilliant I took my tablet in to be fixed the gentleman's name was Carl very helpful and very professional I got a text the next day saying my tablet was fixed. Very impressed with price and turnaround. Will certainly recommend and will definitely use Quickfix again.
