Been here twice for a laptop repair and the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Laptop repairs can be pretty stressful and they were especially understanding and efficient at getting everything ordered in and repaired as quickly as possible. Having purchased a pre owned iPhone I knew it needed a new battery so booked it in on line. Hand over very efficient, soon got message saying there were numerous issues relating to non apple product repairs previously carried out. Repairs were far more than phone worth so they kindly removed the newly installed battery and refitted the old one and waived all charges despite they were entitled to a diagnostic fee. Very accommodating and honest. Will definitely bring my replacement phone here in future if repairs are needed. thanks MR islington

I spoke to someone else who told me that the best solution to my laptop issue was to get rid of it and buy a new one so I bought it into MR Islington and they repaired it whilst I waited with no hassle at all. The repair has worked perfectly. I can't recommend them more! Will definitely be back next time I have any issue with any of my Apple products.

This must be one of the best Apple service agent in the whole world. I've had the experience of dealing with Apple stores and for me they are honest, professional and prompt with their delivery. I hope Apple will take note and consider sending staff from their shops to experience the quality of their quality of their customer service.

Friendly, efficient service. Logged a fault with my iPhone; booked in online at MR (one of Apple’s approved / accredited repair shops).

The prices for fitting a new battery, or a new screen if cracked, are clearly displayed on their website - so no nasty surprises.

Took my phone in - the problem was diagnosed, dead battery - I left it with them expecting to hear in a few days. A couple of hours later I got a text saying it was all done.
