Absolutely stayed away from this scammer. He made me pay a lot of money for a very small "damage". But aside from the money spent, he ruined my charger and even called me a liar, saying it wasn't me. He did not know how to dare any explanation for the damage. Luckily my father did the same job, and after months I had to open the laptop, and to my great happiness I discovered that he also forgot to put the screws back on the fan. I have never had worse service than this and such treatment. Please don't waste your money

Absolutely brilliant service! Shak really saved the day for me as my hard drive suddenly crashed and thought I'd lost everything. Shak and his son managed to recover all my files and put a new hard drive in. Although it cost me, it was worth every penny. I cannot recommend this small family business enough. I will definitely be using them again if i have anymore IT issues. Thanks for doing a great job!

Have used PC and MAC for a long time starting from my work company. Shak and his son and imran have been great in sorting out any problems we had . I will always use them also for any problems I have with my own PC/ laptop. Service is great and very friendly as well as helpful . I definitely recommend them .

I had two bad experiences with so called professionals that claim to be able to fix your broken Mac or MAcbook Air with no happy results. It is the first time that I have somebody that said: "I can fix it and here is the estimate". And yes they delivered on all fronts and my 10 years old Mac is now working again like on the first day with all its files saved. Should I be cautious....maybe but as at today I will strongly recommend PC and MAC World LTD. The shop may not look exquisite but the staff is friendly, helpful and of course efficient.

A good business run by good people. They're very responsive to email and calls and make sure you and your needs are in good hands. I went in for a backup of two of my PCs and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

EDIT/UPDATE: I recently got my laptop repaired and the service was very quick and professional. It's running like new again. They offer free diagnostics, which was very helpful as I thought the problem was with something else, so it saved me time and money to get their professional opinion on it.

I've returned to PC & MAC World several times over for years now and they've never done me wrong. Highly recommend.
