Ealing Apple Repair

The best repair store i have ever been to. Cracked my laptop screen and they fixed it for half the price of the apple store. I had an issue within the warranty period and he fixed it for free. Would recommend this store to everyone. Very professional and nice. If i ever need any repairs ever again this is the ONLY store i will be going to.

Took my 2021 16 inch MacBook Pro that was water damaged to fix. He fixed it, tested it to make sure it was working perfectly. I’m addition have me a hefty discount when I honestly did not have enough money to pay. He is a very HONEST MAN!

Will recommend him to anyone any day anytime!!!

PS: MacBook is working perfect like nothing ever happened to it!

I dropped off my computer to them last Monday and it’s been over a week later and they haven’t gotten back to me. They still have my computer and they haven’t given me any update and also asked for a deposit before they could fix it. They tried charging me £150 even though over the phone they asked for £100. I paid it a day after and they basically ghosted me . I understand yesterday was a bank holiday but they could have updated me and today they are no where to be found, their store is closed despite the website saying they’re open until 6 pm everyday . I’m afraid I’m being scammed and that they took my money and ran. I’m about to report them to the police if they don’t get back to me soon. Please stay away from these people. Asking for a deposit is a red flag and I had a word feeling from the beginning . I came here because of the good reviews but now I’m afraid they took my money and ran with my computer .

Update: They fixed it but it was 4 weeks two late, I also don;t agree that it was my fault..I paid the deposit 2 days later not 3 but I still should have been notified as to what was happening with my lap top.

Really good service. Mehdi is a good & helping person, he explained me stuff about the product and helped me in the best possible way. Quite reasonable compared to alot of other apple repair centres.

Went there because of all the good reviews but unfortunately had a bad experience.
Gave my apple computer in to get the battery changed since it needed servicing and the charging port wasn’t taking the charge anymore. Got my computer back with the charging port fixed but the battery was still showing that it needed servicing and was still dying extremely fast. I brought it back and it took weeks for him to receive the new battery which reinforced my idea that I paid for a battery change the first time that did not even happen. My battery is now changed but my computer has been put back badly and my touchpad isn’t working properly anymore.. didn’t get a receipt for my battery so I could claim the warranty if needed. Wouldn’t go back :(

Did exactly what I needed them to in a timely fashion with good communication throughout for a reasonable price.

Macbook pro 2021 screen problems with 3 months warranty , after few days when warranty was expired , I had problems with computer and still they repaired my computer with free of charge .Considerate people, a pleasure dealing with them.

They are trustworthy, super polite and very hardworking.
Amazing fixed my Mac book in 4 days great people easy to talk .
They do their job very well and is upfront and always honest about what he does and what they use. This shop was able to fix my broken Macbook and leave with it looking brand you. My mac is working great and I know that if I ever had a problem with it, They would do anything to help fix the issue.
