Been to Isca Digital a number of times & am lucky to have them virtually on my doorstep! Latest was to have my computer upgraded to Windows 10. They know their stuff, are really nice guys, very reasonable prices & excellent service. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with your service today. Our aging Ipad gave up the ghost and Apple could not get it to respond and told us it was defunct. We brought it into you for a second opinion - you restored it back to life together with most of the data restored and saved us a lot of money! Thank you , we would recommend you to anybody. This was the second time I've been to ISCA with a Mac issue (unrelated) and it was fixed incredibly fast despite lockdown. Adam was great - very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and got the repair done around my schedule. 10/10 all round. Thank you!

My NAS drive had died, I was unable to access a lot of valuable data (business and personal data!) (I should have backed it up better!)
I tried to recover it from the drive(s) myself, but I was out of my depth!
I rang around to find a solution:
- I spoke to 2 other local businesses, they did not seem sure of a solution, but were willing to "try" for a fee.
- I spoke to 1 national company, who were recommended by the manufacturer of the NAS drive, they were fairly confident, but quoted an extremely high fee for such.
- A friend then recommend ISCAdigital!
Both Chris and Adam had a "can do attitude" to the problem, and expressed a knowledge of how to resolve it easily.
Adam solved my problem extremely efficiency, at a lower cost than any other quote I had, and they were proving this service in a well executed manner (Covid safe) during a lockdown.
I was extremely happy with the service they provided.

I have a late 2013 iMac that was very slow so needed an SSD hard drive upgrade. I researched and called other computer repair shops in the area to get an idea of price. ISCA came out the best, so gave them a call and got everything booked in. I was very impressed by the knowledge Adam showed and delivered everything he said he was going to do. He even collected from my house as I currently have no car since COVID-19 and delivered it back with the iMac working and now gives me much faster loading times which is essential to me as I'm a singer/songwriter so have large music files to load and save.
ISCA will now be my go to place for anything computer related as they offer exceptional customer care and service so will highly recommend to anyone!!

Following an unsuccessful attempt at a CPU upgrade I found that I had a power problem. Popped in to Isca and Adam was on hand to help out. Within a couple of hours everything was sorted. Very friendly, hugely responsive and great local service that we should support.

Adam and Chris diagnosed and fixed a problem with the wifi card on my Mac. They were really friendly, helpful and professional and fixed my laptop really quickly as they knew I needed it for work. Well worth the drive from Tavistock and I'd highly recommend them!
