KAD saved the day! They were very responsive and helpful on the phone and then gave prompt service. They kindly called me when they were free so I didn't even have to wait! Polite, service oriented and effective. Cannot recommend enough.

KAD computers were fantastic. My laptop needed new hard drive urgently and they sourced it and installed it next day. There was also a mysterious screen problem. Keith worked out the problem and solved it on the afternoon I took it in, and didnt charge for this - he said it was all part of the service. Lovely people, great knowledge, great service.

Popped into the shop to enquire about the microphone and speakers not working on the laptop, although the program says they were. The owner sorted the problem whilst we waited, (which was not long at all). The service was second to none and the staff so helpful and informative. So pleased the shop reopened as we have used them a couple of times before. We would recommend KAD services every time.

I just gave them a call about potentially fixing my computer and gave me fantastic advice. Outstanding service considering I didn't even pay for the help. Can't recommend them enough for giving them a call or using their services.

Just amazing. I had a sudden power issue with my son's gaming laptop. I spoke to the team on the phone, booked in the diagnostics and got a thorough investigation done within 2 hours. Even though the issue was beyond repair, I was explained everything in person with the laptop and advised what to do next, how to salvage parts from my laptop and save my SSD. Despite me asking, no fees were charged as the problem was not rectified. Thank you for your support and spending time to try and help.

Had a computer emergency and no idea how to fix. Popped into KAD and the super helpful Keith could not have been nicer. Made time on the spot to help and sorted it all out. GREAT F2F Service. Super Helpful Friendly and Professional. Would have given 6 stars 👍🏻
