Laptop Workshop

The shop looked pleasant, was serviced by Tom and discussed my problems and the schedule for repair. He gave me confidence and discussed the repair process. Not the most user experience layout but it can't argue when put into the location.

Will amend this review once I get my laptop back.

Dell XPS laptop sent in for repair for the DC component for replacement, was fixed in 3 days for £49.99. Component inside was fried but the engineers managed to save it and get it working again for my masters course. They put a lot of effort in cleaning out the damage and servicing it. Fantastic job in solving the problem and keeping me informed about the problem. Will visit again for repairs

Great service on a new battery for my iPhone.
Also gave me honest advice as to whether my husband’s phone battery also needed replacing as of yet- no sales spin 👍
While I was in the shop two different elderly customers were taking quite a while but staff were so patient and kind. Kindness like that deserves 5⭐️‘S

Excellent service - Had an unfortunate spill of coffee on my apple macbook computer a few weeks ago and it was not turning on at all. i have used these guys for my phone before and it was good service so brought it in. I had a quote within a couple of days and it was fixed by day 4 and the best bit is it now works again perfectly. Fantastic communication with the whole job and apple technicians were very professional. Brilliant work, thank you so much for your help.

Not for the first time, and wont be the last I am blown away by the 5 star service I have received from the team at the Laptop Shop. Efficient, reasonably priced, and friendly, they tick all the boxes. Would highly recommend.

Was told my laptop was fixed. Drove 20 mins to the shop to be told they had found another issue. I asked why they hadn't messaged me and was told it was "tricky" to do so. Whatever that means?
Was messaged again about a week later to say it was fixed and I said I would pay over the phone so that my mum, who lives round the corner, could pick it up. Was then told they didn't do this and I would need to collect it.
On the up-side they did eventually fix it.

Really quick service - job done in less than a couple of hours. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

They are the best.
Have used them on a number of occasions over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Good work lads. Long may you continue.
