I cannot honestly recommend these enough! All the staff are brilliant, i came in stressed because I had broke my laptop and damaged the hard drive. Nathan there helped me get an appointment to fix the MacBook, he did this very quickly and kindly for me. They fixed my laptop in a week, i am ever so grateful!! I came in today to pick it up and Katie and mark helped me with everything; logging in, downloading essential apps, they made sure I was ready to use it basically. I recommend them 1000%, I am very happy with what they have done. If I ever have any problems they made sure I know what to do and that is to just come straight back! Bryn fixed my laptop and I cannot thank him and the rest of the team enough. Great company, very kind staff and a beautiful dog who is very lucky. Outstanding, thank you again. if you ever have a problem with any type of technology you need to go here!

I took my old gaming computer to aGeek to get it cleaned, and would without a doubt recommend their service. I paid for the slightly more expensive option, but it was well worth the quality of the work done. They reseated a hard drive for me and cleaned up the messy wiring and cleaned the entire machine from top to bottom and even applied new thermal paste! Please do not hesitate to use this company for any technical needs, as they are thoroughly fantastic and so welcoming.

I am very impressed with the customer service & I love the fact that you upgrade my old PC rig that was turning into grandad mode in crashing insane amount of times!

Here is the greatest part, the owner of Ageek gave me smiles galore in walking me through the upgrade process in great friendly manner :) & now I am a very happy loyal customer for the rest of life!

I can recommend them for upgrades & great communication for Constant updates, which is essential any business

Took in my external hard drive after it stopped working. Turned out to be a faulty caddy so replaced it while I waited and all the data was saved. Such a relief! Years of work on there. Staff were polite and friendly and all this at a great price. Only charged me for the new caddy with no charge so checking and swapping the caddy. Highly recommended.

When a ‘CPU Overheating’ error message immediately shut down a 10 month old computer, I booked it in for a clean and new thermal paste application with aGeek, at a very reasonable price. As access to this computer was vital, the staff at aGeek managed to do it that day. Bryn did a meticulous job and discovered that the original computer construction engineer had left the protection sticker on the CPU in error, and the thermal paste had been added to the top of sticker! The removal of the sticker has saved the CPU, and the immaculate computer was up and running a couple of hours after dropping it off, now performing as it should have done when new! I was exceptionally pleased with the customer service demonstrated by the three staff members I had dealings with - from my initial telephone enquiry, booking the computer in in-store and with Bryn, on collecting the computer. I was kept informed of their findings by phone and was given a time to collect it. Bryn also offered to carry it to my car, which I very much appreciated. aGeek managed to reverse a stressful situation by offering a prompt, efficient, customer-focused service. I will certainly use aGeek again for technological purchases and repairs and would highly recommend this business.

Very polite and understanding, overall great customer service.

However, they had my item for nearly 2 months before it was fixed and given back to me. It was 6 weeks before I was even notified that they had started work on my item. I understand that this is dependent on the board engineers availability but ultimately this isn’t my problem and doesn’t justify a two month wait, I did actually have to ring and ask what was going on which was when I was told my headphones were nearly finished.

The work has been done to a good standard and I am happy but the wait time and communication could have been way better for the money you pay.

Very impressed with the service. Had my daughters iPad screen repaired after she dropped it. The scene was in stock and they turned it around in 24 hours and even pulled out the dent on the corner. Brilliant online system to update you on progress too, really didn’t expect that 👌

Popped into aGeek as my phone case was beyond battered. I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgable. They were able to recommend the best product I’d need to suit my active lifestyle (I drop my phone more than I’d care to admit!), whilst working with me on cost.

They supplied me with a Raptic phone case six months ago and there’s not a mark on it!

Great service, and I’d recommend these guys to anyone after quality accessories.
