Mo gave me the best service I’ve ever received at a laptop repair shop. He opened my laptop in front of me and showed me what the problem was, instead of doing it in a back room or hours later when I was away. He patiently explained all the options I had, and even gave me options that meant I didn’t need to buy anything from him. He did all of this for free. While I was waiting a woman came in wanting to buy an air spray can. He asked her why she needed it and when she said it was to clean her desktop he explained she didn’t need that, she could just use her hoover carefully and showed her how. He could’ve made a sale, but instead helped a customer for free. I’ve never seen that kind of service. I mentioned it to him and he said it shouldn’t always be about the money. Wow, hard to find people like that in London. I will definitely be bringing my laptop and phone for repair to him whenever I need to, and I recommend you do the same.

Really rate this shop and the knowledge of the owner. I have been going here for more than 10 years and have recommended to friends and family. I totally trust their advice and work. No job too small no question too silly and I always get a fair price and honest advice. In lockdown fixlaptop have rescued me 3 times.

Fixlaptop found the fault in my epson printer within the hour and explained the issue very clearly. They have a no fix no fee policy – so as my printer was unfixable, I did not have to pay for this service. Very reliable, trustworthy and capable staff. Thankyou.

Excellent service best repairers in the area. Took my laptop in as it was dead. They told me it will cost alot to repair due to being motherboard issue i asked to have data backed up which they managed to do! Was told what it would cost, the next day was ready and charged me £10 less because they managed to do it cheaper without needing to use other parts. You dont get honest people like this nower days. Excellent service would reccomend to everyone 👍👍👍
