Fixio (formerly MacMan)

Work done on the phone was excellent, price was what we expected for an iPhone screen repair!
They were short staffed from sickness, but still managed to get the phone done in good time, only had it for 1 day, so really, no complaints!

Absolutely fantastic service, would recommend to everyone! I had cracked both my rear cameras on my iPhone 11 and after being told by the iStore that they were irreparable and I needed to buy a whole new device, I went to Fixio to ask if this is something they could help with. A few hours later I had my phone back to me with two brand-new lenses which work perfectly!! Will definitely always come to Fixio in the future 💯

Fixio did a repair for me that Apple were unable or unwilling to do. The repair was done quickly and well. Service was definitely delivered with a smile and the assistant was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

First time of using Fixio in Tunbridge Wells and I can't fault their service. I was looked after by James and despite my laptop giving him the run-around and pretty much being beyond feasible repair, James was upbeat helpful and polite. I'd use again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly and experienced staff. They were able to replace my shattered iPad screen and help with a problem with my husband’s iPad. Would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Lucky to have them in Tunbridge Wells.

Went to Fixio today with my old MacBook Pro which said that the storage was full. Really helpful and quick consultation on the spot to remove some old files and have a look at it. £20 for a walk in consultation that fixed the issue. Wonderful service
