Lucky me that I found Mark at Churchgate Computers. I received an absolutely first class service when my AIO PC finally gave up the ghost, first he identified the problem, fixed that and got the machine running again, but discovered more problems due to the original fault. After discussion I decided that with more faults and the age of the PC, I was better off buying a new one. Mark then migrated all my original data etc. to the new PC so everything is now back to normal.
All through the experience he was helpful, polite and professional, responsive to my questions and charged me a very reasonable fee for his works, and with no charges for what may have been abortive work.

Very speedy service - dropped a laptop with iffy microphone at 10am and picked it up 4 hours later. Fair price charged for the time taken to diagnose and fix the problem. Good communication by text throughout. I could see that the laptop had been cleaned before I collected it which was a nice touch as at the time of writing we are in Covd-19 lockdown.

Replaced the Disk Drive on my father-in-laws laptop a while back. All is running great.

Full marks and the highest praise for Churchgate Computer Services. I dropped my MacBook Pro off with Mark and in less than 24 hours he had assessed why it was running so slowly that it had become unusable and has updated the hardware so that it runs like a brand new laptop and all for the 10th of the price! Mark kept me up to date all the way through so I knew how much everything was going to cost (which wasn't much) and he didn't do anything without me okaying it. I have won hours of my life back because my MacBook Pro is now working so efficiently. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Completed repairs within 24hr. Quickly found the problem (and some extra problems) and fixed them all, and updated BIOS and OS for me too. Very reasonable price, very prompt, and had great communication. 10/10 Would go back again.

After getting in touch with Mark regarding changing the battery on my laptop, it took less than 48 to arrange a drop off and for him to do the work and pick it up.

I would definitely recommend Mark and definitely use him again with any issues I have.

I contacted Mark about a possible upgrade to my pc, and he was very honest and advised me that with the upcoming change to windows 11 I would have compatibility issues anyway. These are the folk you want to have on your team - the ones who advise you honestly even when it means less work for them. 100% recommend.
