I needed a new graphics card plus my newish pc was shutting down a lot too. The price of the video card was well priced even compared to on line prices. Simon had my tower back about 3 times to try and find the problem with the crashing and he found the problem.

Such great service and the prices are brilliant. Thank you. I think it's brilliant to see an independent business thrive so well and also to see good old fashioned great service levels. Will definitely recommend ABS Computers to anyone. Would trust them all the time.

ABS in Tamworth built a new PC to my own spec. I used my old tower as trade in. It works really well, so fast, and reliable. It took less than a week to complete and the price was reasonable. I did compare elsewhere but ABS were better plus having local experts do this, I feel more comfortable dealing with them. Mark & Simon, thank you.

I have given ABS Computers 5 Stars, as they have provided me with great service over the years. Simon and Mark have been extremely helpful in sorting out my problems, with any technical issues, upgrades etc.

My laptop crashed and would not boot up after a windows update. I tried everything I knew to no avail. I took my laptop to ABS computers Tamworth and within 24 hours it was up and running perfectly. Mark told me it was a problem with the hard drive. The drive was replaced and cloned from the old drive. This meant my laptop was just as it was before it crashed. No loss of data, programs etc, even my favourites and anti-virus was still working fine. The staff at ABS are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I cannot recommend ABS highly enough and would commend their business with a five star rating. They certainly got me out of a fix as I rely on my laptop. ABS also charge a very reasonable price for parts and labour and provide a 12 month warranty. Next time I have any IT problems I now know where to go to sort out any issues.

I have just brought a new laptop. I took it to ABS computers to have the new laptop cloned from the old one. I also have ABS upgrade to the highest RAM possible. This saved me about£150 as opposed to buying a laptop with the RAM already installed.
All in all a very good experience and all I needed to do was switch on the laptop and it was just as the old one, but so much faster. Everything there, even my favorites etc.
All done at a very reasonable price and quickly.
