A well stocked shop, with computers and printers to use, if you haven't got one, reconditioned ones to buy, new or made to order, spares for a variety of makes and models. Graham understands and fixes hardware and software problems, PCs and laptops of all descriptions. He's a friendly, knowledgeable guy who makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. I can thoroughly recommend him, I have done in fact, to many people for years now. He'll also give you lessons if you want to learn and where most IT teachers go so fast you can't follow, he'll take you through it at your own pace, taking the trouble to make sure you really do understand.

My charger stopped working and I had a deadline. Within minutes, my old charger had been tested - confirmed that it was the issue and I had my new charger!
The shop deals with Warhammer/repairs and has an area for customers to use computers.

Today I made a journey into Gandolph's den. Amazing, full of tidiness, quirky and as soon as I walked in I knew I was going to get what I wanted, instead of those who I have thrown my curved ball at over last weeks I learned I was in the presence of The Wizard. Within a short time this wonderful guy knew what I wanted to achieve, whilst assuring me I was quite sane. This jolly, sweet man had such a knowledge of all tech. Go to visit you will NOT be disappointed.

My sons PlayStation sounded like a jumbo jet was taking off in his room and would switch off often if it was too hot. Dropped it into Redditch Computer Services at 10am and it was ready to collect 4 hours later. Back in pride of place in my sons room and it is silent!!!!! So happy with the result and service will definitely recommend and use again thank you 😊

The guys at Redditch Computer Services have been absolutely fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable, competitively priced and very trustworthy. Used them a couple of times recently for a repair on a laptop and an impressive new build....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
