Thank you so much for your help would use you again
I would've been more forgiving about this mistake if it weren't for the way I was dealt with. She took no responsibility for it and blamed it on me "not giving her my windows password". I'm sorry but you don't need to get into windows to see if a wire is plugged in or not!
To add the icing on the cake, they also ordered a cable I needed and charged me double what it costs to buy online. I don't mind a small markup for going to the trouble of ordering it for me. But a 100% markup?! That's absolutely taking the p***
When you pay for a PC to be built you expect a working PC at the end, not a fire hazard.
**Update**
It looks like they got friends and family to write reviews just hours after mine, in an attempt to bury my review. What an honest way of doing business!
To Owen Lofts:
So if your CPU frazzles because it wasn't wired up correctly, it's the customers fault for not buying an expensive enough one? Wow. And sata power cables don't just "slip out", they're connected pretty firmly. Look, mistakes happen and I accept that, but own up to them and don't try to pin it on the customer. What if I had been some kid who knew nothing about computers?
I must say my VR headset is running at the highest quality I have ever seen and after hours upon hours she is only starting to get warm.
Top quality service.
My pc had £2K of parts fitted to perfection.
To Luca, if your CPU is at 100° minuites after turning on even with no fan you have either one or both of these issues. A: You brought an AMD CPU.... Big mistake, that's asking for a house fire, budget isn't best. Or/And B: You have far to many YouTube videos open on 'How to plug a cable in' looking for the mystery port it possibly slipped out of while they were being neatly tucked away in the case?

Jemma really knows her stuff and she even worked late into the night in order to ensure my PC was ready for morning collection, keeping me updated with pictures along the way.
I'd 100% recommend her to anyone, and I'll definitely be going back.
