Rugby Computer & Laptop Repairs

John repaired our laptop when its hard drive failed. He conducted the repair very quickly and kept me up-to date on the status regularly. He offered a friendly and helpful service, and fair pricing. He also provided me with a contact for salvaging the data from my old hard drive (which was sadly too corrupted for John to rescue). I'd highly recommend John and will definitely be using him again should the need arise. Thanks.

I turned up without making an appointment, thinking it was a shop (don't do that, call and make an appointment). Nonetheless as I was there and desperate John didn't turn me away but kindly helped me recover my data from my laptop which I could no longer turn on very quickly and for a reasonable price. He also helped me find a new laptop and his lovely wife gave me advice on air fryers. Lovely, kind and helpful couple. Would absolutely recommend!!

John was very professional and friendly, keeping me update-to-date on the process. He went above and beyond to try and fix my laptop, unfortunately it was passed the stage of repair and needed to be replaced. He then helped me look for a new laptop, would definitely recommended him.

Not all hero's wear capes! Absolutely amazing service and repair. I had an issue with my son's power supply for his gaming pc. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. It was dealt with within 30 minutes and I now have a son who is over the moon and that is priceless! Can't recommend or thank him enough. Don't hesitate to use them, you won't be disappointed! Went to John after my PC decided to randomly not display anything when turned on. Tried numerous things but couldn't solve it. Dropped the PC off and explained what was happening and what I'd tried and he said he'd see what he could do. Rang me a few times with his findings (corrupted motherboard BIOS) and within 30 minutes the issue was solved, diagnostics conducted and it was ready to collect.
All is working perfectly now - very happy with the service, communication and the sheer speed of resolution.
