Firstly I'd like to say the technician is never available to talk to about his work, to resolve any issues.

This company is very much about taking your money and not fixing the problem.

My 11yr old daughter saved her money up to fix her phone screen. They replaced front while fixing it they cracked the back screen so they replaced back screen.
Once we collected it, the speakers sounded asif she was under water.
We took it back for them to say there was no fault.
Within a week her screen had gone black we returned it, they said it was water damaged. We has not been bear water with this phone.
They have given us the phone back without helping to offering to refund any amount to my daughter.
The phone is now in 3 pieces, unused able. 1 very very upset girl.

Simply put, great service. Took my iMac in, had a faulty hard drive, got great advice on what options were available to me, I choose to upgrade to future proof my computer and it took a week. Good advice, quick service, and fair pricing.

I have ordered a MCBOOK LCD screen. After one week no contact, no update. I gave them a call and They said that are sorry but this LCD screen is out of stock (on their website in stock!). When I have asked for money refund they said they will issue and it's gonna take approx one week to receive it on my account. After one month no contact, no refund. I have asked my bank to recover my money back. Pleases avoid!!!!!

Pleasant staff but when my MacBook had a fried motherboard I was told the it was usually the case that a dodgy adapter caused such an issue. When I pointed out the adapter was purchased from them I was met with stoney silence.
Had digitiser replaced on my daughter's iPad at a cost of £200 and after repair the battery drains within hours and iPad runs hot. Took iPad in for assessment and they said that battery was holding up fine as they had run 6 hours of YouTube on it. This simply isn't the case. Took iPad in to another local repairer and they diagnosed an incorrectly secured screw causing temp increase and battery drain.

Superb service! Called up at 9:30am, new MacBook screen supplied and fitted by 1. Would use them again! Thanks

I have used AceFast for many years, having taken several iPhones to them for screen replacements.

More recently, I’ve avoided breaking my phone! However, my grandma’s iPhone 7 battery had reached the end of its life. I dropped the phone with them around 9:30am, and by 11:10 I had received a message to say it was ready for collection.

On all occasions, the team have been pleasant to deal with. Helpful, friendly and polite. Anyone who mentions needing an iPhone repair, I alway recommend these guys.

SSD and RAM upgrade on an iMac 2017, great service competitive rates and the courier pickup/drop off service is a great convenience.

Really can't recommend these guys enough. Like a lot of people I rely heavily on my laptop, so when my MacBook pro screen packed in one afternoon it was a real risk to my business. I contacted a few friends nd they all came up with the same name - Acefast. I fang them and they told me to come in. I left my laptop just before 5 and they had a screen in stock and replaced it the following day. Great service. Really professional and friendly plus they're local which meant I didn't have delays in the post or have to pack it up. Really recommend them for great quality work, professional friendly service and quick turnaround.
