Ability Systems

Excellent service.
After being quoted £35 just to look at my phone charge port, I went into Ability System today. Literally, 20 seconds later, they'd cleared the fluff from the socket and solved the problem. Better still they didn't charge me.
Fantastic service and they now have a guaranteed future customer. Very pleased.

As an architect I am reliant on an ability to scan and store
drawings, photographs etc. to support my business. For some time I have relied on using Ability Systems in Witney to ensure that the process works faultlessly. When recently a hard drive used for this failed, they performed a minor miracle in retrieving a large amount of data and recommending a new hard drive, transferring the recovered data and increasing capacity to a level that will outlast me. The process was carried out quickly and seamlessly with down time kept to a bare minimum, and at a cost that frankly amazed me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. DAVID CORLEY ARCHITECT

In the past 6 months or so I've had to take in a laptop as well as two mobile phones and on each occasion I have found the service to be exceptional. They do not simply take in a device and charge on the spot. On one occasion having found a fault which they could not repair, I was told where to go where it might be and was indeed later fixed. It remains the best port of call locally to sort out problems for tech dinosaurs like me who know little save when something's not working.

What a splendid team and many of them young. I want to commend the ethos for the technical mentoring and the patience and helpfulness. In an emergency I was given discarded items. The owner speaks German.

Having killed my Macbook by dousing it with tea, I sought help from Ability Systems. Sadly, it proved impossible to resuscitate the machine, but not only did Ability refuse to charge, but they spent time advising me on how to salvage my data. They'd certainly be my first port-of-call for any tech repairs in the future.
