I am absolutely ecstatic with the service and quality of Martin's work. I sent emails out to numberous local businesses requesting a quote for a custom built pc. I had all the components already (Black Friday shopping).

Within 36 hours of sending an email to PC-FIXED my gaming beast of a machine was collected, built and returned with all my specifications and requests adhered to, with the care and attention normally reserved for a newborn child (which is exactly how i view this new monstrosity of a gaming machine).

His price was almost on par with other quotes from local competitors (slightly less), but the service, quality of work and quick response to communications are certainly superior.

Martin offers a friendly and thorough service. He responded to my enquiry quickly and communicated with me throughout the process of repairing my laptop. He managed to get my laptop quickly working again and installed a new hard drive, for a fair price. Martin was lenient with collection and pick up timings and even worked late in the evening on my laptop. Martin diagnosed a potentially failing hard drive to my laptop and replaced it promptly with a new SSD. Excellent customer service and great communications. Unfortunately the new SSD malfunctioned within a couple of weeks. (Hey, these things happen). What impressed me was Martin's response. New (larger) SSD installed under warranty within 24 hours of me contacting Martin.

I contacted Martin via email and explained what my laptop was doing. Straight away he identified that my laptop was in a "reboot-loop". I then took the laptop to Martin and within less than 24hours he had completely fixed the laptop, installed a new hard drive and updated all the programs required. Most importantly for me however Martin had managed to keep all my old files and nothing was lost. Martin even hand delivered the laptop back to me as I was having difficulty arranging to pick up the laptop. Fantastic service!

Martin was very quick to diagnose the problem with my aged laptop. It was resolved and fixed promptly and at a reasonable cost. He kept me informed at every stage of the process. He is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I went to Martin originally due to my keyboard being broken but then more trouble turned up and my computer was completely unusable. He managed to fix my laptop and save all my data. He is truly a computer genius if it wasn't for him I would be on the sofa crying my eyes out from all my lost files. His prices were completely reasonable considering the condition of my laptop.
