The battery to a rather ancient Dell laptop was dead, but I had the good fortune to find Tech Master Solutions just by googling. They not only obtained a replacement battery in less than 2 days, but also replaced my charger at no extra cost.

If I ever have any other problems with IT equipment, I now know where to go. Thank you so much. Excellent service!

I was recommended Tech Master by a friend who had received excellent service from them.
I'm pleased to say that I, in turn, would definitely recommend them following the excellent help and advice I received.
I'm no expert on things electronic, so they ran through what I needed to do to sort out the issue with my I Pad in a way that even I could understand and sorted it in 5 minutes.
I hope that I won't have any more issues, but if I do, I will definitely be heading back to Tech Masters. 👍👍

Although their engineer misdiagnosed the fault with my custom built PC, the issue turned out to be more complicated (a failing CPU and not a PSU issue). The service i received from Kalin and Mohamed was very good and they refunded me according to their "no fix no fee" policy when I provided evidence by email. They even called me when their refund didn't go through to come and pick it up at the shop, that says to me that they go the extra mile with their customer service. As my local tech repair shop I would not hesitate to use them again (but maybe more for laptops and phones which I know much less about) and I would still recommend them, based on the very good customer service I have received.

I recently dropped half a pint of water on my MacBook Pro (an idiot I know). I took it to Apple who told me the logic board needed replacing and they might be able to save my data if I choose to send it for repair but no assurances. They quoted me £969 for the repair. I was recommended Tech Master Solutions by a friend so emailed for a quote. They took the model and serial numbers, found the exact parts I needed (so no surprises if I took it in and it needed something else) and quoted me £350. I also enquired about a new battery as Apple had told me I would need one (£200) many months before. Tech Master quoted separately £150 for this. I took it in, the techs looked over it and gave me a call to say they were certain they could save my data and that the logic board would cost £300 and they would let me know if the battery actually did need replacing once this was complete. They kept in constant contact, providing regular updates on the repair of my laptop, gave thorough explanation of what they would need to do to fix it and generally provided brilliant customer service. Its incredibly nerve racking handing over a laptop with practically my whole life on it and trusting a complete stranger with a lot of sensitive data. After speaking to them I felt completely safe leaving my laptop with them and, when I asked about the battery (being fairly certain I'd also have to pay for this) they explained the battery was running completely normally and that, although it might eventually need changing, it was fine for now. They easily could have had another £150 from me and with everything else going up in price I really really appreciated their honesty (saving me £150). Overall, incredibly impressed with the services provided and will definitely be back for anything else. Thank you so much!!!

Couldn't be happier with the guys here. Arrived at about 10am with a busted screen on my Macbook, ready to collect by 4pm even though they didn't have the part in store at the time - gave the whole thing a nice clean too and it feels brand new. Will definitely be dropping in for all of my tech woes in the future - thanks dudes!

Recently visited hoping for a repair of a cracked Iphone screen.
I was not expecting the repair to be finished within a few hours. The store manager was obviously very busy, many customers floated in and out but he was persistent to finish my phone by the end of the working day. This was very kind of him and very much appreciated.
There was a small complication I noticed after the repair, but when I returned a few days later this was rectified free of charge :) and once again, on the same day!
Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend.
