I find VFM staff unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. All work done is carried out swiftly and expertly, advice sought is offered freely and with patience. The stock range appears very comprehensive for a small shop. All in all this firm is to be commended on all fronts.

I had a problem with a PC I'd built myself. Wasn't able to get it to boot up. I knew the fix. Anthony knew his stuff he did a few checks on his side and gave me options. Later that day I popped in I handed over my new baby. Few hours later he'd gone over it top to bottom. Sadly wasn't able to fix but he gave me great advice and some other possible fixes I could try myself. He also mentioned a few things I'd missed whilst building it (fans the wrong way) such a great customer experience. If I have any other issues I will be knocking on his door again. Thanks for your professional services. You've got a regular customer now!

Made a really dumb mistake with my Motherboard and didn't use the right screws, dropped off my computer here and they responded quite swiftly within a few hours and managed to locate the problem, gave me decent instructions to stop the issue, and offered me optional extras like another fan to allow better airflow in my case for quite cheap. Overall the experience was great and the cost was just short of £30 including some new screws, screw standoffs and some blanking plates to slightly improve cooling/airflow

I've used VFM Computers a few times now to have family members laptops/computers fixed.
Used them pre-COVID and even during COVID, no matter when I've used their services they've been brilliant, helpful and it's been a pleasant easy experience.
Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Within 24 hours had diagnosed my laptop problem, discussed possible solutions with me, installed a bigger and better hard disc and a newer and faster version of Windows. Will definitely go back if I have any other IT problems.
