My sister bought an iPhone 11 at the store and Odell helped her out. She was switching from an android and was nervous. Odell could not have been more helpful (my sister is not very techie), even staying late that day and coming in the next day to make sure it was all set up and she was comfortable with her new phone.
We were at the store several hours and all the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful.

Bought a new IMac, paid for store to transfer data from previous one. There were a lot of files so took quite some time. Dom, the guy doing the transfer, was great, very patient too, Great service all round.

Booked in for an iPhone battery replacement well in advance only to be told on arrival that they don’t have a battery for my phone and it would take 5 - 10 days to get one; could have set my phone direct to Apple in less time. They could at least let me know in advance to avoid a water journey. Don’t waste your time with these jokers.

Booked for a battery replacement, phoned up in the morning to check if battery was in, was told that it was.
Went in for the appointment only to be told that they had given it to a previous customer. I was told to rebook and advised that this could happen again.
When emailed my complaint, I was sent a generic email.
I’ll never use again, customer service is one of the worst.

Helpful people in-store, but had a very poor experience ordering Mac-studio online. Customer service team very unhelpful, un-communicative about an order. Order was not received within the 6-8weeks given despite having contacted via phone and email several times, and instead extended another 2-4weeks with no notice or real apology. I hope you improve your communication and customer service for online orders, as it would have been an issue if it hadn't been so poor, I also very much hope to eventually receive the order, but I'll not be using 'Select' again.

Bought and paid for iphone 14 pro max for xmas present still waiting no communication from apple if you cant provide things dont advertise sell and take the money my daughter very upset 1 star is too much

I booked in for a battery replacement using the Apple website (where you even provide details of your phone and serial number). I was offered an appointment the next day. After a 45 minute drive, I turned up only for them to let me know that the battery required isn't in stock. Given this is the only authorised Apple retailer in quite a large area, they should consider calling people with appointments to let them know if they don't have the parts in stock to complete repairs on the same day... Poor service in my opinion.

Edit: I'm changing my review to 3 stars - honestly I did have a poor experience, but 1 star is probably extreme based on the restrictions imposed on them by Apple.
I'm glad the store will take the recommendations above in mind and hope it improves the service they can provide.

Would take time to travel to a proper Apple shop. The implied warranty is not worth paper written on as either not covered or you have to return to Apple anyway. Very difficult once brought a product to have an issue resolved. So disappointing
