I was helped to a successful outcome over a number of calls relating to issues that were preventing my laptop from printing. Pete was very knowledgeable, helpful and made it incredibly easy to understand.

Usual customer who arrives on the doorstep with a computer crisis of failed hard drive, in this case an SSD which in my ignorance though to be infallible.
Peter quickly established that it was beyond repair and that the data would if it was still intact be expensive to recover, although we did have an older backup.
Peter put a proposal together and then constructed a replacement computer that met our needs and provided belt and braces data backup.
He then doggedly stuck to the task of sorting accounts and transferring data to the new computer.
It is a credit to his skills, ability and professionalism that he has delivered this system to us at a great price and we are more than satisfied.
Throughout this traumatic experience, for us that is, he guided us through with a pragmatic perspective on the problems and solutions whilst maintaining a great sense of humour and banter.
