Was shopping for a replacement CPU fan for an old netbook I had hanging around, and was trying to avoid ordering from China on Ebay since I'd already been scammed in a previous attempt. I found Power4Laptops on Google at the last second and decided after reading some reviews that I'd trust them. Turns out I made a good choice!

I placed an order and realized shortly afterwards it was for the wrong fan. I created an order for the right fan and asked to cancel the previous order. In less than one business day, they had it taken care of. Fan arrived from the UK to Chicago in around 10 days with their free shipping. Power4Laptops is a pleasure to do business with. Thanks to Dave we were able to find a comparable charger for a MSI GL63 laptop which couldn’t be found anywhere after contacting many suppliers before them. They were patient and very helpful and it arrived within a few days. Thanks again Dave.

Ordered direct from their website, item arrived very quickly however was the wrong fitment for my laptop, as soon as I contacted Customer Service, they were extremely responsive and did what they could to make it right, ultimately offering a refund without even requesting the item be returned. Excellent customer service!

Delighted with this company. I ordered the wrong laptop charger and when I contacted them they responded very quickly and efficiently with advice about replacing my charger with the correct one for the machine. 10/10 for service. The charger itself works perfectly and feels like a quality unit. I would order again in a heartbeat should the need arise !

I purchased a 2.5 HDD connector cable for Dell laptop. The product I received had been twisted and bent with the covering of the data lines partially unstuck. The cable fitted correctly but the power line burnt out upon starting the laptop

This company is now quibbling and refusing a return and refund even though I sent them a photo of the burned out cable. If they took the trouble to inspect it they would see it is clearly faulty

I do not think it is in their long term interest to treat custemrs in such a cavalier fashion.

My Son's ASUS Gaming laptop charger had broken over the weekend. I used google to track alternative chargers which gave me lots of confusing compatible ones with up to 2 weeks delivery time.

I came across Power4Lapotops and gave them a call who asked me to bring the laptop into their shop. Although not very well signposted they directed me to their shop door and I met with Dave, with hardly any time he had produced the correct charger, tested it in front of myself and gave me lots of advice, support and a 1 year warranty.
Great customer service from beginning to en, highly recommended. Just need a.sign above their door. Many thanks guys

We'd lost my son's MSI optix power cable when moving recently. Despite being bought from Curry's and manufactured by MSI (and still under warranty) neither could sell me a replacement lead.
