Really good service. Took in my desktop running very slow they sorted it all out very cheap.

Went to Tech trade in on Wed 06.04.16 and was met by a gentleman who was very helpful and explained what I needed. I said I would be back the next day. I have just come back from there at 1pm on 07.04.16 and was meant by a young man eating his sandwiches behind the counter. He ignored me briefly and carried on munching his sandwich. I explained I had been in the day before and tried to remember exactly what I was told by Kevin the day before. My lack of computer knowledge was met by the young sales assistant looking at me vacantly.He offered nothing and saw I was struggling . On return to write this. I now know it is a SSD that I required. I was calling it a speed drive. I didn't need the hard drive as wanted computer quicker. He still looked at me vacantly. I wanted to use a local shop as i am local .I will be encourage locals not to use this shop.He quickly sat down and carried on eating his sandwich. This shop will not last with service like this.

just bought a laptop from here and service was fantastic. helpful staff and helped me solve an existing problem on my other PC. honest approcah to business and professional too.

Very good for repairing if you live near tech trade in you should go there they sell games, computers and tablets and also repair stuff like computers and have nice staff and have repaired my computers a few times and once when I had a hard drive replacement one of the workers redownloaded steam for me.

I contacted D-Tech (aka Tech Trade-in) to upgrade my gaming desktop as it was coming to the end of its use. I was unsure what parts would fit in my PC and budget that would run the games I was looking at.
Dominic and I emailed each other for months in which Dominic reviewed multiple possible parts for me for no extra cost! Furthermore, he even recommended that I buy the parts online as it would be cheaper.
For only £55, Dominic cleaned my (extremely dirty) PC and installed the new parts. He picked up the PC and returned it the next day! My old Wifi card would not fit in with the new video card so Dominic not only returned it but also included a USB Wifi to allow me to connect to the internet.
When I found the PC would not start, Dominic came out on a Sunday (apparently on his way back from a wedding!) and fixed it. As he predicted, my 500w power supply was not enough for the build and so he undertook to install a new power supply at the cost of the part only!
All-in-all I had a better experience with D-Tech than I possibly could have hoped for and would recommend them to everyone! Frankly Dominic couldn’t have been better!

Also the low points I gave were in hope that owner clarify location by coming back you have to a point though still a bit confused as to actual location but at least those reading this can see that you are there before I gave the low review thry only had a location that can't be seen visually from the street and a photo of a real location in Hitchin ie confusing
Even more confusing burrs@no 7 and listed 7-9 how am I or any other person supposed to interpret your location? I can only assume you are above burrs but then why not state on website and indeed update Google maps add on adrss line would be helpful
Hopefully that will help others locate you don't assume your customers will email or phone you people need to see location and Google Maps can be good but gas some issues just re located pix cafe again as they keep moving it when it's been same location on Pixmore Avenue since it opened that's new twenty times I've updated in three months
Also your web site the Hitchin pc store stated then on adress letchworth adress totally confusing

Would still like to see clarification though why can't I see you when I go. Past burrs and Holland and Barret two days at least a week?

The photo of shop front is that leys Avenue.?

I keep going past that area if leys Avenue every day and can't see the shop front and indeed not on street view either thanks for clarifying that you are there but please where no point if people have to phone you to find location in letchworth in few hours will look again near blooms flower shop then will delete this review as if location correct then no worries but why can't I see that shop front at that location?
Verify by Google means by people like myself who update Google or hopefully u will provide yourself more accurate information as business owner as I urge all business do

I've had issues where business owners keep updating there location and have definitely been wrong in this case I will accept you are right if that's what you state
I've provided photos of locations several hundred metres from location as supplied by the business so apologize for not accepting that location of yours but as said conflict of information showing a shop in hitchin hasn't helped
Don't know where they are in letchworth the photo is a shop in hitchin but there is no such shop at this location so I'll say it doesn't exist they ate definitely not at this location even though it says they are on website yet same time say they are Hitchin looks like churchgate shops in Hitchin to me so if owners could clarify is photo hitchin from local data search? Does that location still exist and let's avenue adress is there a shop front or is is above another business
Apologies for staring doesn't exist but trying to keep Google maps updated can be frustrating look at coffee shop on the platform at station thirty times I've Re located it back to station and Google keep placing it in station place
So sorry to business owner tech trade in all I want is clarification to clarify with Googleaos to hopefully get a better location if people go down Leys Ave but can't see you then you lose custom surely clarify adress would be better for you
I've done a pretty good job of updating and affinity new entry for Google maps some locations I've added within hours of opening it shutting down had taken off but I can't be aware of every location when out I look and check I don't use phones much don't like them I'm autistic I do use Internet though and as an autistic need accurate information to navigate around I try to provide that but can be difficult as said the photo is Hitchin the adrss said keys avenue letchworth I see no such shop in letchworth so what I did was write a review yes if location not of who and what you do I think that's fair part of your business is to make sure people can easily find you with conflicting information and no clarification on your website then that earns one star sorry but it does

I initially brought a laptop for my own business and now Dominic has kindly sorted us out with yet another decent, reasonably priced laptop for our daughter now since starting secondary school.

Great job Dtech keep up the great customer service. Would definately recommend 👍
