Purchased a pc from here for gaming cost me around 600 for something I later add up to be worth 300 after using it would crash very often I also had problems with viruses on it around 3 times for which I had to pay £90 to get it fixed but would include bull guard anti virus which I didn’t even want which would mean he would only be charging me £60 basically just to reinstall windows which is something I could have done for free

A bit of a mixed bag. Initially helpful in finding a decent, affordable laptop, but after returning it for repair it turned into a bit of a disaster. They failed to repair the issue and offered to replace it like for like, and I took them at their word. My non cumputer savvy partner picked it up while I was abroad, and once I returned I found out the replacement laptop is underpowered, to the point where its unusable with modern operating systems.
They seem to be up front and helpful if you know what you are talking about, but seemingly not above taking advantage of your ignorance when it can save them money.

I cannot recommend using them unless you know exactly what you are looking for.
