They run customer service thru a facebook message app.... They only answer questions they are interested in and dont refund !!!. Dont by anything from stakebox i got the cloak coin box and it needed a whole bunch of extras they never mentioned. Oh and also it was supposed to come with the 16gb cloak coin sd card (an estimated 30-35 bucks which was supposed to be included when i mentioned this they stopped respodning. Stakebox is a con company stay far away!!!! You have been warned. (UPDATE) MORE THAN 5 DAYS HAS PASSED AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HIT ME UP IN THE FACEBOOK MESSAGE APP THEY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.. SO MY REVIEW WILL STAY AND YES YOU DO HAVE TO BUY EXTRA ACCESSORY FOR THE CLOAK COIN STAKEBOX SUCH AS WIRED KEYBOARD AND MOUSE AND A CPU MONITOR OR FLAT SCREEN. YES I DID ALSO HAVE TO BUY THEIR STINKING CHIP FOR CLOAKBOX AND NEVER GOT REFUNDED. PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TWICE FIND OTHER STAKING PROGRAMS FOR FREE AVOID STAKEBOX. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY IM BEING UNFAIR BUT I PAID FOR ACCESSORY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED. SCREW YOU!!
