My laptop developed a dodgy display, which would only stay on for a couple of minutes from boot up, so I took it down to Click Ok. They've been very good at quickly sorting minor problems for me before but this was more serious as I rely on this laptop to earn so can't afford to be without it. Within half an hour I had a new screen fitted - no "Leave it with us and 'someone' will get back to you next week"- Just a straightforward immediate fix. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, 5 stars seems mean!

My PS4 was starting to sound like a jet plane taking off in my living room so I took it to Click OK. Now there was 7 years worth of dust in there and they cleaned the fan the laser and tidied up everything and only charged £25. It now is silent and is working like brand new. Thank you Click OK I will use you again and reccomend you to my friends!

Arrived right at closing time and a really friendly man served us when we came looking for a replacement power cable for our WiFi. He was extremely helpful and helped with finding the correct cable we required. Perfect service and extremely happy customers!

Great place. I came here this evening when all other retailers couldn’t provide me with what I was looking for. They were able to give me a replacement cable for my wifi box straight away and offered to help where they could. Will definitely be returning next time I need some help. Thank you!

Really good, professional service. I broke my computer screen and they quoted a very fair price. It took a while to get the replacement screen because of a royal mail strike, but after it arrived they were very quick installing it - and had my computer looking brand new before the end of the day. Would recommend!

Bricked my GPU BIOS and within 1 working day of dropping it off I had a call saying it'd been fixed, he gave some good advice about maintenance and upkeep which have given me 5°C thermal headroom after implementing, fantastic service and quick repair
