Visited earlier this week. Didn’t have to wait very long for someone to serve me. Had really good knowledge. Recommended to come back Friday. I did, they remembered. I bought my phone, seamlessly. Was in and out of the shop with my phone within about 15 minutes max . The knowledge and service were top notch and better than most other retailers I can recall for quite some time and I don’t usually bother to follow up with reviews but this store deserved the effort.

I called in to check if the camera on my iPhone could be repaired under warranty, and was served by Paul. I arrived at 3.30pm, not expecting to be able to have my phone looked at immediately, but Paul, said it was possible for the repair to be carried out before the store closed.
I returned at 5pm and the phone had been repaired.
I am thoroughly impressed by the standard of service I received, and would like to thank Paul and his colleagues for their excellent work. If I could have given ten stars, I would have.

Visited the shop today with a query on my Mac book as I had tried to restore factory settings. I had completed some of the task, however Bassi kindly took the time and showed me how to complete the task myself. With this service I would ensure that I revisited when I’m ready to purchase apple products in the future. Great service guys

I walked into the store today anxious about an issue with my laptop as it stopped connecting to the internet. The gentlemen helping me and the other staff were all very welcoming and helpful. They helped fix the issue with my laptop in 5 minutes! I’m so grateful. Amazing service ♥️

Simon was friendly, knowledgable and very willing to help. Also I did not feel I was asking basic or stupid questions. -A million miles from the chain experience of an Apple store in a good way and it’s always nicer to be able to support a local independent.
Helped me pick the best deal for replacing my laptop without any hard sell. Just the facts and the bonus is that you get an extra year of warranty when purchasing here too.

I could not have had a better experience anywhere. I needed a new iPhone battery, the phone died in the process and by the very next day I had an identical replacement phone, all for the price of the battery. Good in itself but even better was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The service is awesome, we are extremely happy with excellent level of quick assistance we got with iPhone 12 Pro ear piece known problem. The best part is that phone is completely fixed without losing any data. No need to restore the data… thanks for wonderful service

Wonderfully helpful when I popped in after Christmas regarding an issue with charging my phone. Simon served me and took his time checking things out and gave me options going forwards. PLUS he managed to get my phone charging again :) I'd recommend this shop - great customer care. Thank you!
