Just had my laptop repaired by Jason and very pleased with his service.

My laptop was not starting up again after doing a Windows update. Jason checked through problems with the hard disk, and checked to see if it could be restored, but in the end went for a clean install of windows, with all data backed up and restored in the process.

Very happy to recommend to others.

Fantastic friendly service, Jason was extremely helpful throughout with excellent communication taking the time to explain what was wrong and what he could do to sort it, saved all my files off my broken P.C. so invaluable as saved me alot of work! Also gave really good useful advice and was cheaper than expected. Couldn't have wished for a better service, I will use again and recommend without hesitation.

My laptop stopped working so I sent it back to Acer for repair. They quoted me nearly £2000 for a new motherboard because it was out of warranty so I asked them to return it. I heard about Jason from a friend so thought I'd get a second opinion just on the off chance it could be fixed. Jason was fantastic, he immediately correctly diagnosed the issue and was able to fully repair. He had my laptop back working in the space of a few days and it cost me a fraction of what Acer had quoted. Jason was also kind enough to provide me with a statement to send to Acer so that I could ask for them to refund the assessment fee for their misdiagnosis. The service Jason provided was terrific and I would recommend him to anyone.

Super friendly guy; fixed my laptop within days and it works better than ever! Before fixing it he did a free service and quoted me the fee to mend so that I could decide whether to go ahead with the repair or collect it at no cost. Highly recommend.

Jason was superb and has a “no fix no fee” policy, which was perfect for a student like me. Diagnosed the issue with my Laptop and advised to return to manufacturer as it had a hardware failure. Highly recommend👍
