Computer Wizard

Just wanted to give a review for the guys at Computer Wizard after helping me out quickly with my Laptop problem.
I turned on my Laptop as usual on Wednesday morning to the Windows Error Recovery message which could not be resolved. Popped down to Computer Wizard and spoke to Darren who said he could have a look and get it up and running again (with Windows 10 this time) tomorrow ! Fantastic quick service especially during this COVID period.
Darren did get it up running once again but unfortunately the screen had a fault (which I was aware of) and wasn't worth the cost of getting a new one due to age of my existing Laptop (which was overdue to be upgraded soon)
So Darren hooked me up a DELL reconditioned Laptop with an SSD and all my bits transferred over running Windows 10 and an external USB C.D. Drive (which I needed also)
So happy with the advice help and knowledge from Darren to get me back up and running once again, at a great cost I must add as well.
Spend the weekend using it and getting used to the functions, it works so well and is spot on !

Computer Wizard is absolutely a great find and now is my "go-to" for any computer related issues. My son's computer was glitching and we had taken it to Computer Wizard for the first time. We got a call from Amanda two days later saying the computer was ready to be picked up and at such a reasonable price too. Amanda was excellent at her communication and really went out of her way to deliver excellent customer service. Thank you very much!

I had a power board issue with my Dell laptop. Amanda was very helpful and they did a great job in getting it back in working order. Definitely recommend you get along and speak to them if you have a PC problem.

Will not recommend, they changed me £24 just for telling me they could not fix my laptop and on top of that, they made it worse. I was able to switch it on and just after I left the shop never on again. I can understand that takes them some time but £24 and no solution at all is not acceptable. You also used assistances' time in other shops and they don't charge you if you don't buy their products. Try somewhere else in St Albans...

Had a problem with my 2015 MacBook Pro not starting and they solved and fixed the problem very quickly (new battery and upgraded charging cable). Interrogation cost taken off any purchases required, would definitely recommend, great service!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Computer Wizard team! I took my MacBook to them a week before online exams were due to begin as it would not turn on and they were so helpful in getting it sorted as quickly as possible and giving me options to ensure I could still complete exams! Not only were they so helpful with my laptop, they were also so sympathetic to how stressful this had been to me! & finally the price was amazing!!
