From the moment I entered the shop and met Rob I knew my i-Mac was going to be in safe hands.
It had been playing up for some time, and eventually crashed completely.
I hadn't backed up my data for the last six months and I had also completely wiped my entire 9 years of data from my only back-up disk, so I was not a happy bunny.

I had visited the Apple store and three other local shops prior to visiting Computers Inc but none had been particularly helpful or encouraging. No one seemed to be remotely interested. However, as soon as I met Rob, I felt totally confident that he would be able to sort out all the issues. And so it proved.

He quickly diagnosed the likely problem with the Mac, checked my external disk for free, which took only a moment. (None of the other local shops had offered to do this, although one would have for a £60 fee).
Rob was knowledgeable, interested in my Mac, kept me updated through the process and I felt reassured, instead of intimidated and depressed!

Two weeks later, I now have a new graphics card and hard-drive fitted, and my 9 year old Mac which I and the other shops had written off as being unrepairable now has a brand new new lease of life. And my data is fully restored. Whew!

I am delighted and would thoroughly recommend Computers Inc and Rob!

My MacBook was running slow and really annoying me. i took it in to Computers Inc, they greeted me with a smile and told me I needed a new disc inside the machine to make it run quicker. They sorted it out in a few hours and my machine is working so much better. Good, friendly service.

I recently bought a Mac Book Pro from Computers Inc and had tremendous service from Rob. As well as transferring all my data onto the new machine he also researched ways in which I could continue to use a specialised PC programme on the OS platform and set everything up so it all worked very smoothly. This took him a lot of extra hours , all done with a smile and commitment to get it right.

I can not recommend Computers Inc highly enough. My computer had completely died and I thought I had lost all my photographs.It is an old computer so I was not expecting it to be repairable. I contacted them via e-mail and then took my computer to them. The staff were lovely and said they would have a look at it for free to ascertain what was wrong and, if they could help, they would repair it. The service was superb. They sorted out the problem with no fuss or bother. If I could give higher than 5 stars on this review I would. Thank you Computers Inc. You have made a customer for life.

Excellent service. Very patience with customers who aren't tech-savvy. (IE: Me!) Very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend these guys to anyone experiencing Mac problems with your Mac. Or if you want to buy a good value reconditioned Mac!

Computers inc is fab! They just fixed my elderly fathers' mac air and made it more user friendly for his computer needs. The assistant was happy to spend as long as I needed going through what they had improved. You really get the personal touch. I have used them for many years now.

Great service! William paid us a home visit and then worked remotely to update our Mac and bring it into the present! I would definitely recommend these guys.

Great customer service. After emailing to enquire and explain the issue with my MacBook, Dayo was quick to respond and very helpful. He kept me in the loop all the time and when my part arrived, i brought it up to the shop and the issue was fixed within 24 hours for the best price I had been offered. MacBook is as good as new again. Thank you!
