Absolute con artists!
Ordered item with express delivery - 6 days later still no item. When contacted they said there was an issue with the item and it would be with me the next day. No item next day. Next I was told they were short staffed so item would be with me soon. No item. Next I was told it was DPD fault as they were not scanning items, but an hour later I was told due to the item having a fault they would put more memory it in and send out - obviously not sent out or with DPD then.
All I got was lie after lie from this so called “business” Avoid purchasing from them as they are just con artists.
I had the same excuses and lies at the beginning of the year but thought I was a one off - obviously not!
Take your business and money elsewhere because these lot just lie and lie.
* if I could give no stars I would - reported to trading standards and EBay.

Bought a laptop from this company via ebay. The item had a number of issues; faulty screen, battery, power supply and speakers. Cosmac's communication is very poor. None of the issues have been addressed. The company has offered any solution for these issues. Very poor.

DO NOT BUY! Bought a 27inch iMac from them. It came with incorrect ram & a faulty screen. Did not fix the problem despite their claimed warranty and have been completely ignored ever since. In the process in getting a county court judgement against them for this. You have been warned.

Same as above, multiple times told of DPD issues, had to send laptop back as battery not working at all, waiting for a replacment, over a week, told it would be today, waited in all day and no DPD. Apparently its DPD's fault, not a chance, our company uses DPD and they are faultless.

Avoid like the plague.

These people just don’t care about the quality of their products, bought a 2017 MacBook Pro and the first one they send me had sticky keys and some that were falling off as well when it was listed as an A grade product??! asked for a replacement and they sent me one with the keys intact but there were sticker marks burned onto the lid and all the ports were faulty, don’t ever buy anything from here.

False advertising I purchased a MacBook with free office. However when I tried to activate it required payment. When I raised this with the company I was accused of updating the system resulting in losing office. I only turned it. Have raised a dispute with EBay In my opinion read the reviews before purchasing we all can’t be wrong.

Very hit and miss it'd seem reading other reviews. Thankfully I didn't have any major problems with the macbook itself other than it had a password set when the company said it wouldn't. In the end I managed to factory reset the macbook myself, something which not everyone would know how to do. Customer service was actually quite good as they got back to me very fast.

If zero stars were possible that's what I would have given. Returned an iMac with a faulty screen 4 weeks ago. Constantly fobbed off via email that the item would be repaired and returned "next week". 4 weeks later and still no computer. Now pursuing them via small claims court. Shambolic.
