Dot Com Systems

Dot Com Systems rescued me yet again recently, as they have many times over a number of years, mostly from my own mistakes. These have included - the most recent, which was a scam when I clicked on a link which completely locked my laptop, which Andrew unblocked, did a reinstall and - more importantly - saved all my data. Recovering another laptop - declared unrepairable by the insurance company - when I spilled a cup of tea on it, and installing a new drive on a slow running machine giving a huge boost in performance. Plus several others.
I have also had a great deal of useful advice from this highly skilled, efficient, knowledge and helpful company which I would recommend to anyone with technology problems.

I have been here two times when I had issues with my computer and both times the staff has been very helpful and friendly! I managed to solve the issues with my computer within a day! I totally recommend choosing this office if you have any technical issues you need fixed quickly and with total care!

edit: 3 months later, the service from DOT com Systems has again saved me! As always, the issues that I had were solved very efficiently and the staff was very friendly. As I have come here multiple times and have never been disappointed, I can definitely say that the service here is very reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!

Once again Dot Com comes up trumps. My daughter's laptop had an issue with the internal battery. She needs it every day, and as a teacher, she is on it most nights till about 9pm. I took it to Andrew and he has breathed new life into it, plus a new charger. Very reasonable price. Its just good to know that they are there for all technical problems.

After asking a couple of people if they knew what could be causing my laptop to be VERY SLOW (without receiving any suggested remedy,) I phoned Dot Com Systems. During an initial telephone conversation Andrew, he said what he believed was the problem, so I took it into the shop and he fixed it. The difference is unbelievable. Excellent service. Will not hesitate to recommend this company.

Had what we thought was a charging port issue but turned out to be an issue with the motherboard shorting somewhere.

Coming here saved us so much money! Something that would have been at least £65+ and taken 1-2 weeks to send off elsewhere, but the person who helped us here managed to get the issue resolved in under an hour for £35.

While my laptop might not have been worth saving, coming here was definitely worth the savings! Thank you so much!

Decent place, they helped me out with a harddrive that had died. They couldn't recover it, but they didn't charge any labour even though they worked with it for a half hour. They also sell components in addition to repairs
