Fearsomely good hardware. The best warranty I have ever seen. VERY helpful staff.
If you're having a machine custom-made, keep a budget in mind because these guys have some awesome add-ons that will have your wallet weeping. That said, I checked the prices I could buy the additional components I wanted and Palicomp were much cheaper.
I had a warranty claim in the first month. Something stopped the post, so I had to send back. They were great and tried lots of things on the phone and email first. Importantly they fixed it, free, it runs like a dream.

Decent company, done the job I asked them to do. One star down due to lack of updates and general communication. They damaged my case and never told me about it, yes they replaced the panel free of charge but they really need to improve the communication and should of told me about the damage before sending my pc.

tried ordering with palicomp despite the mixed reviews online. From the start they pushed for further upgrades on the machine spec i had ordered, at the same time they advised that they could not ship my order to my business address as it didn't match my cards registered address. As somebody who works it is not possible to take delivery at my house. Will go back to PCspecialist who have always had great service.

Ordered all the components with Palicomp and when received, every part of the pc was different to what I ordered. They used the excuse that they were making it "more modern" for me. It was sent back and still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later. If you don't have a basic knowledge of pc components then don't order from them. Read the trust pilot reviews.

Had issue with Bluray drive not ejecting - not tested it after the machine was built until today. Emailed the issue to them and received a quick response with a instructions for a solution which worked. Only took me 3 minutes! These guys know their stuff!

My order was dealt with promptly and, after some modification to fulfil my requirements better, was executed and delivered within the timeframe promised. There was a problem in that one of the disks was not initialised. A solution was quickly suggested via e-mail which worked. I am delighted with the whole package and the attention to detail given by the support team

Had a minor problem and contacted Support who had it sorted in no time. First class equipment and first class support.

I purchased a new PC from Palicomp.

Whilst generally I am happy with what I received, unfortunately the Power Supply was not what we had agreed.

Palicomp Customer Service was frustrating to deal with, slow to respond and ultimately unwilling to supply the correct PSU.

I did receive a small refund for their mistake, but it will not cover the cost of obtaining the correct PSU.

With hindsight it appears from other reviews that Palicomp frequently install different parts to those that are agreed with the customer, so please check what you receive against your agreed specifications.
