I have use this company for 10 years and everytime my printer needed a service I would get rid and but a whole new printer from them. I decided this time I would check if they did a service which they did so decided to try them out as they would be more familiar with the printer as it was from them. Well they sent me details on how to send the printer to them and it was sent serviced and sent back in a week. Absolutely amazing service. Quick and communication excellent. Definitely peace of mind now. Extremely happy customer.
