Primo Computers

I suffered the progressive deterioration in performance/speed of my ageing iMac and had to do something. Primo is just round the corner and with a short phone call we fixed an appointment for the following week. In one day Igor has changed my life! The machine is working like new. The work was done at a reasonable price and Igor consulted me during the day about my set-up. A very happy punter. Highly recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at primo. The person working there took my computer and managed to isolate and fix the main issue within 5 minutes. I also had extra requests which he promptly fulfilled. By far the most efficient service I have ever received in regards to my computer. And will certainly recommend primo to anyone who needs to fix any issue with their computer. Also all at a very fair and cheap price especially for how quickly it was done.

Without any hesitation I have and will continue to recommend Primo for PC repairs, fixes, additions, upgrades and generally all things techy.
BUT... if you do go there, just remember that he is one guy running a business, not a free-advice-to-all service helping everyone for the joy of serving. Primo saves you £££ in fixing things or recommending practical solutions.

A super service from Primo Computers! One hinge on my 4-year old HP laptop had failed, risking breaking the screen if opened further. I got nowhere with other repairers, but Igor fixed the laptop very neatly. New or used lids were unavailable, so we agreed on small neat fixings drilled through the lid. Igor also suggested and fitted a new battery, all for less than the starting price quoted by a national repairer. Not Igor's favourite job, but I'm very happy to have my laptop working. Great work!

Took my MacBook to Apple and was quoted £680 for new SSD and battery. Then consulted Igor at Primo who was extremely helpful after my MacBook’s failure and quoted me little over half this amount to do the same repair work, and that including upgrade of storage from 256 to 512Gb. All done in three days and laptop now working perfectly. Great communication, friendly service and was able to collect out of hours after repair. All in all first class and I can see why Igor has so many good reviews.

We're lucky to have Igor & Primo computers in our neighbourhood, someone we can trust to do a good job at a fair price. So much better than handing over a computer to a chain store where the first thing they do is send it off somewhere and where the price they charge as a deposit (with no guarantee) is the same price Igor charges for the whole repair. Anyway, this time, a fair price and fast turnaround for upgrading two very slow laptops to keep them useful for a few more years - thanks!! I hope I don't have to visit again too soon but I am happy to know you are here if we need you!
