Apple-Bay

My MacBook had issues with the battery and wasn't turning on. I took it to Apple Bay for a battery replacement where I was served by Josh and Gonzo. Within the next day, the battery was replaced and the MacBook was delivered to my house which I was really impressed about. Josh was excellent and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Really great service from the guys at Apple Bay. I would highly recommend!

This is the best and most reliable tech shop I’ve been to. They do just about everything and make sure you leave with a smile on your face. I’ve bought 3 MacBooks from this place and recommended them to everyone of my friends it’s a shame there isn’t one in London but hopefully soon. This man is a magician at fixing computers would 100% recommend!!

This is THE place to go for mac repairs and second hand machines in top shape and at great prices. Gonzalo is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also ask him about his pizza ovens and metal work. He's got talent!!

My five year old iMac, with a Fusion drive, had been getting progressively slower and after two unsuccessful visits to the Apple store at Basingstoke, where the Genius Bar staff were starting to suggest that I needed a new machine, I searched on YouTube for a possible solution and the suggestion was to get the hard drive replaced with an SSD drive. Apple-Bay did the job in 24 hours, including re-partitioning the drive so I can also run Windows. Very happy with their service and my machine is now running fine. Their view is that my iMac should now last for another five years, so I’ve probably saved about £1,000.

Great place for repairs and purchasing refurbished macs, I have used them now a couple of times over the past couple of years and would not hesitate to recommend them. They have repaired both my macs and after a small repair on my Air sold me a couple of year old MacBook

Excellent customer experience. Gonzalo has brought my devices bang up to speed. Knowledgable and engaging, I would absolutely recommend him and his team for anything Mac based.

Amazing service today by both Gonzalo and Josh. After an unsuccessful trip to curry’s where they wiped all the data from my MacBook and still couldn’t solve the problem I decided to give Apple-Bay a go after reading the reviews and I’m so happy I did, they managed to fix the problem and explained everything to me in a way that someone who isn’t great with tech can understand. Thanks again!

Sorted out my ancient Macbook Air in about half an hour.
Superb service. I am about to buy more from them.
