The hard drive on my desk top failed. Alex talked me through the options of replacement drives. He managed to recover the majority of the data from the failed drive as well. Fantastic service and well worth the money. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Alex transferred all my data from my old laptop, loaded the software I needed and patiently answered my questions. New laptop works so much more smoothly and quicker, I should have looked to upgrade months ago. Definite recommendation for One Touch IT.

March 2022 - My laptop needed a new battery and the space bar wasn't working properly. Alex was really helpful and fixed it quickly. It's great to have high quality IT professionals locally who can fix this kind of thing with no drama. I would definitely come back and would recommend to others.

I used One Touch IT again this week for a different IT problem and was once again really impressed with the service from Alex in the Staines shop. He fixed the computer at a very reasonable price and really quickly. Total superstar!

Chris and his team are genuinely great people to deal with. They are honest, professional and will provide you with absolutely sound advice. Unfortunately, my wife’s laptop was beyond economical repair. Chris was happy to buy the parts from us and backup as much of the memory as they could. He didn’t have to tell us that and we would have just accepted it was knackered. They go beyond the call of duty and will not rip you off. Very good communication too. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I just wish more businesses would take a leaf out of Chris’ book. This is how you run a reputable business. Thank again. 👍🤣

Knowledgeable professional skilful staff. Due to spillage my keypad on HP ENVY laptop needed to be changed and ordered from US (unavailable in the UK) as soon as it arrived, my laptop was fixed the next day. Was very happy with the price, and willingness of these guys to take any job on board, as I tried other two companies and one wouldn't be bothered to change it, because it would mean too much hassle for them, and other one wanted to charge me £450 for it. I paid half of the price with OneTouchIT and I'm extremely happy to have my laptop back. Thank you for your top services. You can be proud of your work and customer service. You don't deserve anything less than a 5 stars.

A great company to deal with - from start to finish! From the time I rang the office to explain my email/outlook problem - Tom called me back at the allotted time and between them Tom and Chris solved my IT headache - this was done remotely so I did not have to be without my computer which was of course a bonus - I would use again (hopefully not for a while :) and defo recommend their services.
