I have known Andy since July and have seen many people from our group using his services and giving him excellent testimonials and praising his services on a weekly basis.
So far never had problems with my computers but if I need he's the one to call and the one I'd recommend as well.

Delighted with the service from PC Resolve! I contacted Andy about a very sick PC laptop, which was taking longer to open than the Crossrail project... Andy did some basic diagnostic work remotely, and then installed a whizzy new SSD (solid state drive) and lots more RAM, gave the whole thing a clean-up and updated some software, and all in under 48 hours from start to finish. The laptop is now firmly in Lewis Hamilton territory for speed of start-up and operation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Andy Richards and PC Resolve for your laptop problems, solved quickly and effectively, and for a very reasonable price. Five star service!

Delighted to have been recommended to Andy at PCResolve during lockdown. My usual shop in Bengeo was closed with staff furloughed and could give me no idea when they might be able to investigate.
