I bought my laptop from Blucando last year, the service was helpful and seamless. Today I telephoned for help as my printer was in an 'error' state and I wasn't sure where to turn. Without any fuss Ben sorted it out for me online and speedily. I am a very grateful customer!

Blucando solved a file sharing problem in a matter of minutes, that had beaten us and a local firm for weeks.
We have an elderly Windows NT4 machine that could not be upgraded without the risk of losing its capability to drive a 1990's laser scanner. We needed to make it able to output its data to our Windows 11 laptops.
We were unable to make it happen on the work network, but could get it to work on our domestic router at home.
Blucando, connected by remote desktop and by phone and had the machines sharing files in a matter of minutes.
The secret to making it work was twofold; one was by changing the dynamic IP addressing to static IP addresses and the other was making sure those addresses matched the range allowable on the network.

I've had an issue with my work PC for five months which I've tried to resolve myself, wasting countless hours in the process. I emailed Blucando and within twenty minute, Tom called me and promptly fixed the problem.

Also, before I started my current business, I used to work as a web marketing consultant and I'd often refer clients to Blucando - every one of those clients reported a positive experience.
