Swift have provided IT support to Care Network Cambridgeshire for 2 years, they have helped us change the way we work enabling everything to transfer smoothly from working in offices to working from home. They are incredibly responsive providing quick, helpful answers to issues faced by users. All our staff feel confident to raise issues knowing that they won't be baffled by tech-speak.

Been working with Jon and the team now for many years, they're really friendly and transparent which is super important in the modern era.

Also, they're not 'salesy' like a lot of telecoms providers which is why I think we aligned so well, we're involved in selling but we rely on great service and innovation to do the talking for us!

Excellent VoIP company, we have not had any issues with calls dropping or quality of calls, all of which we had we our previous supplier. Dealing with the team is always easy they are professional and all have a vast knowledge base for their product. I would highly recommend them.

I'm not tied into a long contract (good bye 5 year contracts) so can leave whenever I want. The irony is that you couldn't pay me to leave them now.
