A life saver

As an insurance claims analysts I deal with large and complex excel sheets often impossible to work with. My daily working hours are mostly spent trying to adjust these reports and make them usable for my company purposes. I was given access to some standard training within our business but that proved to be unsuitable for what I needed.

Recently I was asked to contact Karen who has been dealing with these types of tasks for many years. I only had one session and it proved to be life changing. During our session Karen was quickly able to understand my problem and put together a bespoke training program she personally delivered.

It was excellent. I am now able to modify the excel sheets to match the company requirements with the click of a button and I can now create my own complex macros to generate claims analysis report in a matter of minutes.

My managers recognised a huge improvement in my performance!

The only downside is that this has freed up so much of my time that my workload has considerably increased.
