I have contacted Dale from ‘IT Reliance’ on several occasions regarding help with computer queries and he always gives a fantastic service. He is very knowledgeable and responds to my messages quickly and nothing has been too much trouble. I recently presented Dale with a list of my specifications for a new laptop and within days he had sourced me the perfect one, all set up and ready to go and at a reasonable price. He is always polite and respectful when visiting my property and is on hand to answer any further questions I may have.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I searched for a local IT expert as I had an issue that needed resolving quickly. Dale saw to me straight away, and gave me a clear plan of what was required to get my situation sorted. My laptop was back with me the next day complete with a new hard drive Installed, a full clean and virus software installed. He also sorted my damaged hard drive and dealt with the third party for me, my damaged hard drive will be repaired and all information and files saved. Excellent service for a great price. Would highly recommend.

Dale offers a professional service with a skill to break down computer terminology so it's easy to understand. He responded very quickly to a late email on Friday night and issue dealt with on Saturday morning. Great feeling to have someone with that knowledge on your side. When it comes to laptop repairs Dale can work his magic every time. The service is excellent and communication is great. Once again I highly recommend.

I contacted Dale as I was looking to change my gaming PC into a new case and while I'm fine with adding fans etc I wasn't confident with moving the entire internals to a new case.
Dale was very responsive, he got back to me almost immediately and a couple of days later my case arrived. I dropped it off with Dale and in less than 2 hours it was ready to go. It's now all plugged in and running perfectly!
Dale has also helped with advice on potential upgrades to my rig as I'm still relatively new (while slightly competent) to PC gaming having always used consoles before. Once I'm ready to upgrade my cpu and motherboard and such I will definitely be contacting Dale to help!
Couldn't recommend his service enough, he didn't talk to me as if I didn't have a clue and he also didn't bombard me with over complicated stuff either.

Whilst having a custom gaming computer can be great fun, it can be a pain when something goes wrong as it's difficult to find someone able/willing to fix it. Mine recently stopped working without warning. Took it to a local computer shop who had it overnight but couldn't figure out what was wrong, so tried again and Dale offered to help. He literally had it for a few hours before re-contacting me to tell me he'd sorted it. Recommended a re-load of the OS, which he promptly carreid out and threw in a service for good measure all for £45. Great service and would recommend/will use again

After getting myself in a jam with my iMac I emailed Dale in the morning. He was super quick to respond and was happy for me to drop it off that day. True to his word he had my iMac back in the world of the living that very afternoon and for the quoted price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dale to anyone needing IT support, he is knowledgable, professional and incredibly friendly. What a star!

Dale, at IT Reliance Computers has been a God send to me. He is more than competant, always pleasant and helpful. He helped me and my husband complete application for Covid Pass on Sunday, we could not have done it ourselves, too complicated for our age group. Also keeps my Lap top up to speed. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely man, and his charges are more than reasonable. Highly recommended.
