The only good thing is that it is near my workplace. Everything else is: building badly managed, maintenance non existent, smoking on balconies is allowed, high prices.

Poorly managed complex. Dirty common areas (hallways) with stains that would make a crime scene look clean. Hallways and lifts sometimes smell like rotten fish. Pool is almost always closed and there seems to be a water outage quarterly for long periods of time (overnight or longer). Best redeeming quality is concierge staff has always been very nice.
