Ultraframe

We have used Ultraframe many times over the years and 90 percent of the time they do a great job, like all companies, occasionally things go wrong. When this has happened They have responded quickly to sort it out. The sales, customer service and on-site fitters are friendly, helpful and efficient. I have more confidence in a company with a proven track record, than trusting a one man band.

We have been using Ultraframe for years and they have never disappointed with their products or customer service skills. Their conservatories and roofing systems are of fantastic quality and we could not recommend them enough.

Paid our deposit as requested, once survey once conducted there were problems and instead of refunding deposit the sales team changed my order and massively inflated the cost of a project that was never agreed or specified by myself. It turns out the deposit is the commission of the freelance sales team. So can not be refunded without significant costs to the company. So as a client you are effectively ransomed, in the end we got £3500.00 and they retrained £1000.00. So it cost me £1000.00 for daring to enquire about their service. Terrible.

The fitting of a new roof and glass for our conservatory in January went well and getting minor errors sorted was done promptly. In March the first heavy rain came and the roof leaked badly where it seals with the wall. Three weeks later and they have now resealed the roof. Waiting for the next heavy rain to see if it's better .
Follow on: The roof is now watertight and we are happy with the work.

Used Ultraframe for the roof of my extension. Cannot fault it in any way. Great product. Would highly recommend them to family and friends
