Statim has provided an excellent service throughout our extension application. The quality of work and support that they provided was of the highest standard. Our extension was complicated as we own a maisonette and wanted a 6m depth extension. The extension was initially approved at 4.5m and we wanted to apply for extra 1.5m.
Statim (Hassan and Sagal) provided an excellent 'supporting statement', for the application and were readily available to answer questions and advise us throughout the process. They were flexible, understanding and a pleasure to work with.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough, they took care of all of our plans and nothing was too much trouble despite our project turning out to be somewhat more complex with our local councils requests! Very professional and an extremely courteous service, thank you.

We had some superb support from Hassan regarding the design and the planning stage +structural calculations for a small rear extension.

Amazing experience, they were always ready to explain and clarify any doubts, lots of valuable suggestion as they helped us with the design in a modern and more useful way.

They covered the entire planning submission stage, speaking to our Council and making sure everything went smooth as it did in the end.
Their support for structural calculations also was brilliant, clear steps and method, all parties involved with Building Control and kept us updated.

We didn't use their service for the actual construction, we opted for a local company but I am not afraid to say that if we had the extra budget (difference was not large by the way) we would have opted for their services as the quality is definitely high and they cover all aspect giving truly a piece of mind experience.

I hope in the future to be able to use them for other services, we are definitely getting in touch with them for future projects!

We approached this company about a "change-of-use" planning application. They were one of several. The other planning consultants produced formal quotes with one suggesting several £000's. Alone the company (Hassan) replied declining our business because "there wasn't much planning involved", further he offered to give us some informal advice if we needed a bit of help. Thanks to them we gained sufficient confidence to successfully go-it-alone. 6/5 for professionalism and honesty.
