Our loft ladder has been installed yesterday in our bedroom.
It looks awful, like it was a DIY installation.
According to the manager this is our ceiling's fault, so the installation is good as it can be.
I think they should have give us at least a choice when they realised they had a problem with the installation. And we could decide to choose an other type of ladder with a nice finish.
So I paid them and I will pay for some kind of solution to make it nicer. It is definitely not what I expected!
I definitely won't recommend this company to anyone.

The man that came out initially for the quote seemed very professional and clearly knew his stuff. We're very, very pleased with the job that's been done.

booked this company having seen positive Google reviews - I have a very low roof, installed 6m access space and 12m of shelving in lower eaves, as well as new access hatch and ladder and boarded over old hatch.

Very well organised, easy and quick to book the initial survey and quotation. Once received and you confirm agreement, you receive your booking date - it was approx. 5 weeks wait for me, which makes sense with how busy contractors are overall.

The booking was confirmed by the office a week before and then on the day two fitters arrived on time and installed within two days. The position for the hatch proposed wasn’t good with existing lighting / baton positions and the guys spent a good hour measuring and looking at best options so we could agree.

I met four of the fitting team during the install, all were pleasant, communicated well - protected furniture and cleaned up, and did a great job in the loft on what were quite hot days.

Great experience and would fully recommend.

Particularly good service from start to finish. Very easy to get a quote and the installation book. The guys that came out and did the fitting did a great job and turned a very dirty and useless loft into a very usable space. Aftercare and customer service very good. Would recommend.

Sought assistance from Loft Solutions NW Ltd in fitting an integral loft ladder, insulating the loft space, and boarding part of the area for storage.
The company is very knowledgeable and professional and the fitters are efficient, polite, and did a great job. Pricing is what it is these days and is competitive.
The company were able to flex to meet our requirements and were very tidy. Like any work requiring joinery of the ceiling you should expect to carry out minor cosmetic work after the installation.

We used Loft Solutions NW Ltd to insulate our loft and raise the loft floor to accommodate the additional insulation. They were excellent from the beginning to the end.
Survey was done within a week, the quote was responsive and fair. The installers date was fixed.
The installation was very professional, Jay and Dave were so considerate and pleasant, taking off shoes until the carpet covering had been laid, providing and excellent professional job and leaving the location as if they hadn't been there, they were so considerate, that they took great lengths not to put saw dust on my drive.
So in summary, a very professional organisation from initial enquiry to installation who provide a very professional finish at a fair price. I would not hesitate to refer them.

The work involved topping up insulation in a side loft with flooring suspended above, and rearranging and topping up insulation in the main loft

I have to say that this company are outstanding, particularly in respect of their customer service. I don't think I've ever come across a business where the customer service team were so nice, and they were able to squeeze in a survey ahead of time which showed flexibility and responsiveness. The survey was efficient and pleasant. The installation team, Mark and Josh, were very friendly and worked hard. No mess too. We had postponed another element of the job - and the company responded well to our change of plans - and now we can see the quality of the work, we will probably proceed in the New Year
