Co-op Food - Wyberton - London Road

Very handy mini-market. Very clean with friendly helpful staff. Nice range of products and some of which are comparable in price to the larger places like Tesco. It is not massive but it looks smaller from the outside so it was a pleasant surprise to see so much on offer. They have a self checkout which I stood at for 5 mins like a wally and I think the cashier realised my mistake and came to help. It is a new branch of Co-op and everything is clean and well laid out.

I do shopping there every day and I was happy, but today I wanted to exchange the lottery, unfortunately lady informed me that my Polish proof is not valid for them. I am very sorry and feel discriminated, England is still unreasoned in the European Union. I felt very bad that they are starting to discriminate against us.

Went to get my lottery was served by very rude member of staff asked for lucky dip for Saturday and seperate one for Wednesday upon this she abruptly stated wait will do one then tell me what you want will use parthian Avenue next time I think Kel needs retraining and learn some manners

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Nice range of products. The store is always clean and tidy.

Come to the shop to do some shopping ,we live locally, my wife wanted to buy diet Red bull, she was asked for id,same woman asked her for id a few days a go when she wanted to get some cigarette, she must have very short memory, I went to get some diet red bull for my self, she didn't sell to me!
We do feel discriminated!

Range of food ok for a smaller co op,but often no staff around and when some of them are serving they are talking into their headphones, it's rude. One cashier, short dark hair is extremely awkward and comes across as rude. This shop needs training in customer service.

Shopping there on regular basis but one cashier always keep asking me for id comon I understand if I would go there once but not always she probably have wery short memory, rhe one with short brown dark .... other staff are great there

Staff always lovely and helpful, the shop is nice and clean and take precautions against covid.
