Very poor customer service front of house
Not for the first time, I’ve been totally ignored by shop staff. Yet again I stood waiting at the shop counter, to pay for my intended items I wanted to buy. Yet again I left my intended items I wanted to buy, on the counter walking out going further down Bell Street to The Tuck shop and bought what I wanted
Would I recommend Sawbridgeworth Mccolls ?no

Terrible customer service, guy with glasses and dark hair is super rude and massive jobs worth!

I've been waiting outside for 1 hour it should be open at 7 a.m.

Much better than the tuck shop.
Cheaper.
Better service.
More range of goods.
Clean.
